If you are contacted you will be required to pay the registration fee at the tournament. This waitlist registration does not include a tshirt. Tournament AGREEMENT:
Knowingly and at my own risk, I hereby apply to enter the Arcadia Broiler-Dairy Days "Battle of the Paddle" Pickle Ball Tournament and do hereby waive and release any and all claims for damages that may be incurred as a result of my participation in the event, against the Arcadia Broiler-Dairy Days Pickle Ball Committee, City of Arcadia, all co-sponsors or any employees, volunteers or officials of these organizations for said injuries. I further hereby certify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this event and I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate. If, however, as a result of my participation in the Arcadia Broiler-Dairy Days Pickle Ball Tournament, I require medical attention, I hereby give my consent to authorized medical personnel of Arcadia Broiler-Dairy Days Pickle Ball Tournament to provide such medical care as is deemed necessary by such authorized personnel.
